Seeing each customer as a unique individual with their own needs, concerns, and responsibilities is the mantra that guides Vlad every day at Pride Logistics. It helps him to remember to “show creativity and thinking outside the box” to resolve any situation that arises.
Being completely new to the transportation industry, Vlad knew that his depth of experience with customer service and straightforward communication style would be his biggest assets as he learned the ins and outs of the field.
So, he looks forward to every new interaction and the opportunity to learn something new, as well as the ability to rely on his Pride Logistics family to teach him what he needs to know.
Vlad loves to take a deeper perspective on his role, understanding that it’s an honor to be in a position where your work “helps create something new, like moving parts on an airplane, or can help save a life through moving medical equipment. When you think of your customer but also your customer’s customer, there’s such a larger web to appreciate about how many people we are actually helping.”
