Growing up in a family that really appreciated technology, Victor developed a natural affinity for computers and detailed software. It’s one of the things he feels most confident about his position with Pride Logistics – intuitively understanding technology and deciphering how to navigate websites so customers are always able to access the information they need.
“I want customers to not only feel comfortable after working with me, but I want to feel that they can trust me and rely on me to get the solutions they want, particularly when situations escalate or problems arise.”
These customer relationships are where Victor has learned one of his biggest lessons: always be honest and direct. “At the end of the day, everyone is human and customers understand that. Being direct helps solve the problem quickly instead of stretching It out, and don’t we all want to work with people who are truthful?”
It’s not always easy. The transportation industry has presented a vast new knowledge base for Victor, who consumes important information about the industry every day so that his workflow and solutions always reflect the most up to date circumstances. “It’s just another way to ensure we’re providing world class customer service, something I’m very proud to say I can help bring to Pride Logistics.”
